June 14, 2008,
Syracuse, NY. CKaTT's Boys 13 years old team clinched
another championship title and added another chapter in their
colorful history by winning the Carrier Dome Pre-Nationals
Championship Tournament in Syracuse, New York. This was the only AAU
Basketball tournament held at the Syracuse Carrier Dome where teams
from 12 different US states and 30 teams from Canada participated.
CKaTT
won all their games beating the New York Rim Rockers, Ontario Canada
Stars and Albany Titans to finish first place in their pool.
They faced the Albany City Rocks in the semifinal round and beat
them by 15 points. In the championship game, CKaTT
overpowered the CIA–Bounce, an elite team from Canada, by
demonstrating the real meaning of TEAMWORK, DISCIPLINE,
DETERMINATION and DECDICATION.
This year's CKaTT
13 years old team has something very special that is key to their
winning formula: their friendship gives them strength, their
brotherhood makes them tougher and their love of the game keeps them
together.
